Browse and Search Product

Finding your office supplies online is so easy. You can browse through product categories or search our entire catalogue to find what you need. Alternatively you can search for a specific item.

Product Categories

You may click on any of the product categories featured In the red toolbar. Selecting Office Supplies for example, will take you to the appropriate page in the online catalogue where you can browse through different categories to find exactly what you need.

Order by Item Number

If you know the product codes of the items you wish to purchase, simply click on Order by Item number at the top of any page to quickly add product to your basket. Insert the product code and quantity then click Add to basket. These products will then be placed into your shopping basket. You can find product codes printed in the Office Depot catalogue.


Use our search feature to find products using a keyword, product code or manufacturers name/code. Refine the results by attribute until you can view the list of available products that match your search criteria. At any time during this process you can amend the search refinement to expand the search results. .

Buying Products

Once you have decided which product you want to buy, enter a quantity, then click Add to Basket (to add the product to your shopping basket) or click Add to List (to add the product to your shopping list).

To the top right of every page you can preview the value of your basket. Hover over (or click) the View Basket link to preview a summary of the contents of your basket.

Once you have added all of the products you require to your shopping basket, click on the Checkout button to begin the purchase and checkout process.

On occasions you may find that some products will switch to an alternative. This may be a instruction from your organisation to offer a replacement, or it may be that the product you are trying to order is no longer available. Please search for an alternative.

You can save time by using Shopping Lists to buy products you order regularly. You can also use Shopping Lists to manage specialised inventories for departments, projects, and events. Shopping Lists takes you to the My Shopping Lists page. Here you can choose from the lists you have already created or you may create a new list. After selecting a list, you may delete items or change quantities of particular items as necessary. Click here for more information on Shopping Lists.
